Sales Associate
Sales Associate needed for busy membership massage spa.
Duties include:
• Providing excellent service to members/ guests by
answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/
guests upon arrival and selling memberships.
• Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.
• Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder
maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas
and store room. • Various duties as assigned by Spa
Management.
Experience:
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Must be outgoing, professional and personable!
• Ability to effectively communicate with members/
guests on membership benefits, and spa policies and procedures.
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced
environment.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate
effectively with clients, spa management and sales staff.
• Able to work flexible days and hours (nights and weekends!)

Therapist
Professional Massage Therapist needed for busy membership spa.
Principle duties include:
• Perform consecutive 50-minute quality massage therapy sessions.
• Design specific sessions based on clients individual needs.
• Promote the health and wellness benefits to client`s receiving
massage therapy on a regular basis.
• Create excellent experience for members/ guests through
friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referral and guest
pass programs.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and
common areas.
Position requirements:
• Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
• Liability insurance recommended but not required.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate
effectively with clients, spa management and sales staff.
• Able to work flexible days and hours.
• Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage
therapy and bodywork.

Esthetician
Professional, friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic Estheticians
needed for busy Massage Spa and Spa. Full and part time
positions available.
Principle duties include:
• Greet guests & members in professional, friendly manner and select
the appropriate Massage Envy facial based on the clients needs after
reviewing the client intake form with each guest.
• Obtains client's informed consent for facial plan prior to
beginning the session.
• Perform 50 minute customized facial session within the scope of
training and utilizing draping protocols.
• Complete accurate and legible client intake notes.
• Creates an excellent experience for guests & members through a
therapeutic touch and friendly attitude.
• Promotes the health and wellness benefits of facials specific to
each client and recommends frequency.
• Safeguards client information and confidentiality.
• Executes professional boundaries and does not engage in dual
relationships with clients.
• Maintains a professional clean appearance of self and spa by
wearing a clean and pressed uniform, following the table dressing &
draping protocols and keeping the therapy room clean.
Position requirements:
• Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
• Must pass background check.
• Completed a minimum of 500 hours of education.
• Understand and believe in the benefits of skin care and massage
therapy.
• Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with
clients, spa management, fellow therapists and sales staff.
• Able to work flexible days and hours.
• Knowledge of various modalities preferred.
